FS430 is a Japanese-designed environmental flame retardant synergist developed for PVC and rubber virgin material systems.
It provides high-efficiency synergistic flame-retardant performance and can function as an effective alternative to antimony trioxide in various formulations, while maintaining low-smoke characteristics and excellent processing stability.
FS430 is engineered to meet the increasing requirements for environmental compliance, fire safety, and formulation reliability, making it suitable for continuous industrial processing.

During the initial stage of combustion, FS430 forms a stable protective layer on the material surface, isolating oxygen and reducing heat transfer, while internal endothermic reactions lower the combustion temperature.
Under high-temperature conditions, FS430 participates in gas-phase action, diluting the oxygen concentration in the combustion zone, thereby suppressing sustained combustion.
